UNI EN ISO 45001:2018

In 2020, FIBRAN achieved the UNI EN ISO 45001:2018 certification and implemented an Integrated Management System for Environment and Safety, compliant with UNI EN ISO 14001 and 45001 standards.
The UNI EN ISO 45001 is the voluntary international standard for occupational health and safety (OHS). It defines the requirements for an OHS management system and provides guidelines for its implementation, aiming to ensure safe and healthy workplaces, prevent workplace injuries and occupational diseases, and proactively improve organizational performance in OHS management.

UNI EN ISO 14001:2015

FIBRAN has obtained UNI EN ISO 14001 certification, a recognition that rewards the Company's constant commitment to environmental protection. The standard defines the requirements for an Environmental Management System (EMS) and has the purpose to define the company organization so that it manages its processes in compliance with the environmental standards by adopting an environmental policy. All this through the definition of objectives, the preparation and implementation of a system capable of implementing this policy and committing itself to continuously improve its environmental performance.

By adopting an Integrated Management System for Environment and Safety in compliance with UNI EN ISO 14001 and 45001 standards, FIBRAN integrates the protection and preservation of the environment as core and fundamental values in the overall management of the organization.

UNI EN ISO 9001:2015

With the aim of the continuous improvement of the offered services and the quality of the products, FIBRAN has adhered to the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), focusing on Customer satisfaction. To achieve these objectives, the procedures to be followed within each individual company process have been perfected (management, product development, purchasing, logistics, pre/post-sales assistance, sales…) and a Quality Management System has been defined, focusing on process effectiveness, customer satisfaction and greater integration with other Systems (environment, employee health and safety in the workplace).

FIBRAN, which has always been committed to the protection and achievement of individual and collective well-being in terms of safety and environment, has voluntarily adhered to the certification standards that certify the quality of the products. Hereafter are listed the relevant certifications.

CE Marking

All Fibran products (plasterboards, gypsum panels, stonewool, extruded polysyrene, stuccos, gypsum-based powders, profiles and accessories) comply with European regulations and therefore meet the performance requirements of the CPR 305/2011 construction product regulation.
Products are CE marked and the relative performances are reported in the technical documentation and DoP’s.

In addition, FIBRAN carries out further quality inspections on products at external certification bodies such as the German institute FIW (FIBRANgeo products have obtained the Certificate of Conformity according to EN 13162), the Slovenian institute ZAG (FIBRANxps products have obtained the Certificate of Conformity according to EN 13164) and DIBt Berlin.

French Certification NF

TheNF certification is issued by the CSTB in Paris, according to the certification regulation provided for by the NF 081 standard issued by AFNOR, the French standardization body.
TheFIBRANgyps A13, F 13, H1 13 e SUPER 13 plasterboards comply with the quality and performance standards of the French regulation, and for this they have obtained the NF certification mark, synonym of product quality and safety.

AENOR

FIBRAN voluntarily undergoes periodic checks by AENOR - Asociación Espaňola de Nacionalización y Certificación, an accredited independent body, recognized at European level, which certifies the products and the quality system applied during production. The FIBRANgyps A10, A13, A15, F13, F15, H1 13, H1 15, SUPER 13 and SUPER 15 plasterboards comply with the quality and performance standards of the Spanish regulation, and for this they have obtained the AENOR certification mark, synonym of product quality and safety.

EUCEB

FIBRAN has joined the voluntary European EUCEB (European Certification Board for Mineral Wool Products) mark which certifies the biosolubility of FIBRANgeo stonewool and its non-classification as a carcinogen.

A + Classification

To further certify the quality of its products, FIBRAN has obtained the A + classification. This certification confirms the quality and safety of FIBRAN products, certifying that they do not represent a threat to hygiene or health, do not exert an excessive impact throughout their lifecycle on the quality of the environment and do not emit dangerous substances (VOC - volatile organic compounds). FIBRANgyps plasterboards are classified A +, the best class, according to the French Decree n.321 / 2011 regarding the emission of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and other substances.
