    - - External partitions are of primary importance in a building.
        In addition to the aesthetics value, they also have the fundamental task of contributing to thermal and acoustic insulation with adequate fire protection performance.
        A building with well insulated external partitions is able to maintain longer the desired internal temperatures both in winter and in summer (ensuring significant energy savings and a reduction of CO2 emissions in the environment) and to protect us from external noise, thus reaching optimal comfort values.

  - ETICS
    - - One of the most incisive thermal insulation measures is the ETICS system consisting of the gluing and mechanical fixing of insulating panels to the external partitions, finished with thin plaster reinforced with fiberglass mesh.
        This type of intervention, called ETICS (External Thermal Insulation Composite System) is suitable for both new buildings and in the case of renovation of degraded surfaces, resulting particularly efficient and convenient.

  - Roofs
    - - The roof is one of the most critical points of the building, especially for those where the roof represents a significant percentage of the total dispersing surface.
        The insulation of the roof – or of the attic ceiling – consists in the application of a layer of insulating material that prevents the passage of heat from the internal to the external environment during the winter season and vice versa in the summer, limiting the temperature changes that occur during the day.
        The roof, in addition to being well insulated, must guarantee adequate acoustic comfort as well as adequate fire protection.

    - - Ceilings are the ideal construction elements to satisfy the aesthetic and plant requirements of modern spaces, while providing at the same time performance of acoustic and thermal insulation, fire protection, break-proof and air quality.

  - FIRE PROTECTION
    - - The fire resistance of the buildings is one of the strategies to be pursued to guarantee an adequate level of safety of buildings under fire conditions.
        It relates to the load-bearing capacity in the event of fire and the subdivision capacity that allows a building to be divided into areas that are hermetically impervious to the effects of a fire in order to reduce the specific risk of spreading the fire.
        The fire resistance represents the time (minutes) during which the construction element exposed to a fire preserves the structural stability (R), the sealing (E) and the thermal insulation (I).
        The reaction to fire of a material regards its degree of participation in the development and propagation of fire to which it is subjected.
        The materials are classified according to the European standard EN 13501-1 in Euroclasses (A1, A2, B ... F): A1 ones are non-combustible while the materials certified A2, B, C, D, E, F burn in ascending order.
        The reaction to fire of the materials is particularly influential on the fire risk of the perimeter walls and roofs in relation to a fire outside the building.
        In the field of passive fire protection, FIBRAN offers a range of tested and certified products that make it possible to create solutions (partitions, linings, ceilings, roofs) with excellent fire protection properties, combined with excellent levels of thermal and acoustic insulation.

  - SOUND INSULATION
    - - The comfort of the environments in which we live and work comes from a careful design of the construction systems and their details.
        Ensuring excellent performance with dry systems is simple, thanks to their modularity and flexibility.
        FIBRAN offers a range of specific solutions that can significantly improve the interior comfort of any type of environment with sound-absorbing solutions and soundproofing systems for hotel internal partitions, building units, schools, shopping centers, multi-purpose complexes, hospitals and nursing homes, industrial, tertiary and entertainment buildings.
        The opaque building structures of the envelope, similar to the internal partitions, require the use of highly performing thermo-acoustic insulation materials, especially when the perimeter walls and roof structures are made of lightweight components.
        The performances of the products and systems are attested by recognized and accredited laboratories.

  - MECHANICAL RESISTANCE
    - - FIBRAN dry systems allow to realize high mechanical performances structures with reduced thickness. Thanks to the typical modularity of Fibran systems, by opportunely combining plasterboards and metal profiles, it is possible to obtain increasing performances of resistance to loads, impacts and break-ins to satisfy every project requirement.
        Moreover, thanks to their high lightness and ductility, Fibran dry systems also verify the most severe seismic actions both at the operating limit states and at the ultimate limit states according to NTC 2018.
        For roofs, Fibran proposes innovative thermal insulation systems that form the slope at the same time, with the advantage of reducing the weights and loads on the load-bearing structures, consequently being suitable in seismic areas.

    - - The thermal dispersions express the ease of a building to let heat pass through its envelope from the inside to the outside (in winter) or vice versa (in summer).
        The more the partitions and roof structures limit the flow of heat, the more they are thermally effective. All this contributes to a reduction in heating and air-conditioning costs.
